Sub: Calcutta University Online Registration DATA UPLOADING for UG 1st Year Students (Session 2025-26)
All 1st Year (UG) Students of Session 2025–2026 are hereby informed that the Online Registration DATA UPLOADING Process of the University of Calcutta has started.
Students must complete their online registration from the link mentioned below:
Students must upload scanned documents in JPG format only and strictly within the file size limits provided below.
Any incorrect upload or unclear document may lead to cancellation of registration.
Documents to be Uploaded (JPG Format Only):
Recent Passport Size Photo -Within 100 KB JPG
Signature -Within 100 KB JPG
Age Proof (Madhyamik Admit / Birth Certificate) Within 250 KB JPG
Class 12 Marksheet Within 250 KB JPG
CAP Admission Form - Within 250 KB JPG
CAP Admission Cancellation Receipt (if applicable)- Within 250 KB JPG
ABC ID Certificate Within- 250 KB JPG
(If Applicable) Caste / PWD / EWS / BPL / Migration Certificate etc. -Within 250 KB JPG
Important Instructions:
Documents must be scanned clearly; avoid blurred / mobile camera images.
Upload each document in the correct section of the portal.
Students who cancelled CAP admission must upload CAP Cancellation Receipt.
Any incorrect/misleading upload may result in rejection by the University.
After filling the online form, a HARD COPY of the submitted form MUST be submitted to the College Office along with all the documents which were uploaded.
Last Date for Online Registration:
12th November 2025
Students are advised to complete the procedure well before the deadline to avoid last-minute technical issues.
