MDC – ROOM NO – 13 Date & Time: 23.08.2025, 25.08.2025,26.08.2025 AND 27.08.2025 , 5.30 pm to 8.00 pm Documents Required (Originals + 1 Set of Photocopies): 1. APPLICATION FORM. 2. Original PAYMENT RECEIPT 3. Passport Size Two Copy Colour Photo 4. Original Caste Certificate 5. Original MARK SHEET-CLASS 12 6. Original ADMIT CARD- CLASS 10 / ANY Proof Of Date Of Birth 7. Original SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE Issued By The Institution From Where He/She Has Passed Class-12 Examination 8. Original EWS (Economically Weaker Section) CERTIFICATE Or BPL Ration Card. Only Those CERTIFICATE Issued By Competent Govt. Authority Not Below The Rank Of BDO (BDO/SDO/DM/DWO) Are Accepted By CU. 9. If The CANDIDATE Passed CLASS 12 BEFORE 2024 – Break Of Study Certificate / TC From Other Institution In ORIGINAL. 10. If CANDIDATE Is Registered Under University Of Calcutta- Original CU Registration Certificate. 11. If CANDIDATE Is Registered Under Any Other University/ Institute- Original Migration Certificate.
